Most women come to me carrying a version of themselves they built to survive: the strong one, the fixer, the one who holds it all together. Together we look at that identity honestly & without judgement, strip away the story underneath it, & calibrate you to the frequency of the woman you're becoming.
Every expansion asks something to end.
Sometimes what keeps you stuck is what you were never allowed to grieve: a relationship, a dream, a version of yourself, even a love that hurt you. I hold space for your story without rushing it, then help you understand why it found you, so it stops being the center of your life & becomes the doorway to your next one.
Some healing only happens when you're witnessed.
Women heal differently when they're seen by other women. Part of my work is creating rooms where you can say the thing out loud & be held while you do. No fixing, no judgement, just women who understand what it took to get here.

Many women come to me while building something of their own: a business, a creative vision, a legacy. We make sure what you're building can hold who you're becoming, & that you're leading it from wholeness instead of depletion.

I'm a poet, writer & artist first. Many women come to me with something to say & no idea how to say it yet. We find your voice, sharpen it, & give it room to be heard.
I don't do discovery calls.
My work tends to find people naturally, through real connection rather than a sales process. If you already feel the alignment, we simply begin.
Sometimes those three sessions are enough. If it's a matter of moving from one frequency to the next, you shouldn't need more. If there's deeper root work, we'll shape what comes next together. Not everyone needs that. Some people just need the space to expand, & then they go back out into the world & keep living from that expanded state.
